Hours: Monday - Friday (3pm-6pm), Saturday & Sunday (9am-1pm)

Starts September 1st / Interviews will be held in July & August

Compensation: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience

Description:

The Playpen is currently looking to hire an After School/Weekend Coordinator that would be responsible for ensuring families receive a friendly, clean, safe, and creative environment to visit.

Candidate must be professional, organized, creative, friendly, dependable and flexible. Initiative and a willingness to learn is a must. The weekend shift will oversee our Stay & Play and Drop & Go services, as well as the occasional Date Night Drop Off and Birthday Party. The After School shift will oversee bus drop-off and activities.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience working with children in a professional setting (daycare, play center, nanny)
• Willing to solely take care of up to 6 children at a time for our drop off service (Ex. individualized play/snack/changing diapers/potty training, etc.).
• Willing to manage phone calls, emails, and texts to service customers in a timely manner.
• Able to keep the facility sanitized and tidied up on a consistent basis.
• Able to create and conduct crafts and activities for the children.
• Must pass a background check and follow our employee policies.
• CPR Certified.
• At least 18 years of age.
