The Playpen is a recreational facility that offers drop off programs. It is not a licensed daycare nor registered pre-school. All of our staff have passed a thorough background check, are CPR certified, and have a degree/experience with children. We pride ourselves in offering a safe, clean and fun environment for your children. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly.

THE PLAYPEN'S EXPECTATIONS

NO SHOES

To keep our space squeaky clean, we ask that all children and adults remove their shoes upon entering. We require you to wear socks and will have extras for sale if needed.

FOOD & DRINKS

We are a peanut & tree nut free facility. Please do not bring in outside food/beverages. We offer a complimentary approved snack and water for each child (exceptions for infants requiring bottles). Adults will also have access to our free coffee & tea station.

TOYS

Our play space is open to kids 1-10 years old, therefore some toys may not necessarily be suitable for each age group. We ask that you closely supervise your child(ren) to make sure they are playing with age-appropriate toys. We strongly recommend not bringing in toys from home as they may get lost or broken.

WAIVER

Upon creating your account, you will be asked to accept a multi-use waiver for yourself and your children. Read Waiver

BEHAVIOR

We all know kids will be kids, but we do ask that there is no rough housing, running, throwing or screaming, as other kids may have sensory issues, and we do not want anyone to get hurt.

ILLNESS

If anyone attending has shown any signs of illness (fever, sneezing, coughing, vomiting, etc.) within the last 24 hours, please reschedule. Our staff has the right to deny entry if there are noticeable symptoms.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel/reschedule for any reason, please call, text or email us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. If you need to cancel, a credit voucher will be issued for future use on any service.

If at any time you have questions or concerns about our facility or services, please do not hesitate to communicate with our staff. We take pride in what we do and are always open to constructive feedback.
