We recently hosted our son’s first birthday at this play place, and it was an absolute breeze from start to finish! Jen, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with—so friendly and accommodating. The space was spotless and beautifully set up when we arrived. It was such a relief to simply show up and enjoy the day without worrying about decorations or logistics. Highly recommend for a stress-free, fun celebration!

Came for two hours with my 3 year old and 7 month old. We had a great time! My son enjoyed the toys & games! He had a snack and did a craft while he socialized with other kids! This spot is a bit far from our home in Greece but it was well worth the trip! It's not always easy to get out of the house with two little ones! I really appreciate a clean, safe place for the kids to play! The bathroom was perfect for changing a baby, potty training and doing both at the same time. I would definitely reccomend this spot to other moms, I'm sure we will be back again in the future!

We came across the Playpen a week ago and now have been back twice. The space is so clean and perfect size. There are tons of toys and crafts! The owner is so kind and good with the kids!! My kids keep asking to come back. I can’t recommend it enough, we will be regulars!

If I'm being honest I wasn't sure how much we would like this place. The pictures didn't show a very large selection of toys and I wasn't really sure how long my busy toddler would stay busy. I brought him in last week anyways to check it out and let me just start by saying the pictures don't do this place justice. Our favorite play place is ladybugs in Fairport but I think playpen takes the cake. My 4 year old LOVED it here and didn't want to leave. There's a large variety of toys that cater to many different ages, a lot of seating IN the play area for parents so you can actually see what your kiddo is doing, and did I mention complimentary coffee for parents and a snack and drink for the kids? Oh- and if your kid does get bored of the hundreds of toys- there's crafts! Love it here so much, we will be coming here often!

Our almost 2 year old loves it there. We do stay and plays just to get out of the house. It's clean, affordable, and the staff is great. Plus she gets to play with other kids of all ages. I highly recommend the Playpen!

This place has been a godsend for my family! Just opened up not to long ago here in Macedon NY. The staff is impeccable, the environment is clean and safe. They don't allow shoes past the front entry way so you know there are less germs than normal hanging out. The owner goes out of her way to accommodate your child's needs. She and her team ensure your child is safe, AND has fun while they are there. We tried them out randomly one day so my husband and I could get some much needed time in at the gym. My little guy raved about it so much that I reached out for a special circumstance, ended up becoming a member and will stay that way until my little guy ages out! I am excited to host his birthday party there this year as they offer a wide array of choices at excellent prices. Oh did I forget to mention their prices are UNBEATABLE! Yes normally as parents we wonder what's the catch when we are saving money. At The Playpen, there is no catch. Just affordable, QUALITY care from quality people. I have only been doing drop and go two hour care and the day camps so far- signed up for valentines day date night as well, but this environment defiantly makes me actually want to stay and play with my kid- another option they offer at the best affordable price. I have not seen a better price with this type of care ANYWHERE in Wayne or Monroe counties. Check them out!!! Highly Highly Recommend for parents with young children!

We had an amazing experience hosting our son’s birthday party at the Playpen! They took care of every detail for the party so we could just enjoy the special day! There were multiple packages and offerings we could choose from to make the party right for us. A handy RSVP link made managing the guest list easy. They embraced my son’s chosen party theme by providing and creating custom decor which they took care of setting up! The party flowed smoothly thanks to their staff leading the children through a chosen craft and game. All the food and drinks were included. And most importantly, they made our son feel so special! He absolutely loved his themed birthday throne to sit upon to receive his birthday song, cupcake and gifts. The guests truly enjoyed themselves. There are so many great toys and activities to enjoy there! The kids didn’t want to leave at the end of the party! But when it was time to go they took care of all the clean up! What a gift to us! The care they placed in every detail could truly be felt. If you are looking for a fantastic birthday experience for your child, one that is affordable, personalized, and stress-free, then I highly recommend The Playpen!
